The International Association has issued ballot papers for 4 rule changes on which boat-owning members can vote:
- increased measurement tolerances for the keelband at the front of the centreboard slot
- design modifications at the back of the boat proposed by a boatbuilder, to include transom buoyancy
- minimum cloth weight for dacron sails and
- minimum cloth weight for spinnaker
NB The deadline for return of ballot papers is 30 November.
